Back to your real self by meditation!

So, you are interested in meditation. You were looking for something about meditation and somehow you have found this page. Maybe you have some experiences about the power of meditation. Or meditation is already an integral part of your life, and you are a meditation expert. In any case, it is always good to hear something about how can we improve ourselves. Or to hear something about what we already know, but from a different viewpoint. Because that is what meditation can give you. It can give you a way to find out who you really are. A way back to your real self, your wonderful, but forgotten original identity. And here, on this site, in my blog posts, I would like to show you what I have learnt and I am learning about meditation so that you can benefit from it too.

Those who are advanced in meditation say that when you get back to your real self, you will experience such a boundless happiness that is incomparably greater than any happiness you experienced before. You will think that there is no greater gain than that. The other benefit of meditation is that you can experience the sparks of this joyous state even at the beginning of your journey, and later on in a gradually expanding form. And you will never lose what you have accomplished.

Of course, there are many other benefits of meditation beside this that can make the quality of our lives much better, such as improving our ability to handle stress, becoming more confident, getting rid of fears, insomnia or different addictions (e.g. smoking, drinking too much alcohol) etc. So there are many things you can gain from meditation. However the most important among them is self-realization.
